Hours of Operation
Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and from
8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
Appointments
A member of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you when you call our office for an
appointment. Please have your insurance information available at the time that you call.
Also, if you have been referred by another physician and/or have had any x-rays or tests
already performed, please have the provider's contact information available at the time
that you call.
Billing & Insurance
Our physicians are participating providers for all major insurance carriers in our area.
That includes, but is not limited to Medicare, BC/BS, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna,
and many others. Please verify with your insurance carrier if we are a participating
provider before contacting our office. In addition, if your plan requires an authorization
for a specialist's service, please notify your Primary Care Physician to obtain the proper
referral to our office. If your plan requires a copay, please remember that payment is
expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa or
Mastercard.
Prescription Refills
Prescriptions cannot be filled after normal business hours or on weekends. If you need a
medication refilled, please leave a voicemail message for the medical assistant with the
following information: your name, date of birth, your phone number, the pharmacy name
and phone number, along with the name of the medication you need refilled. Please
allow 24 hours for a prescription to be refilled.
